Shocking reports coming out from Houston have gone on to speak about an armed gunman entering an eatery and being killed by a customer.
Sources from local media outlets mentioned how the customer opted to put his life in danger when the robber asked him to hand over the cash. Instead, he opted to hand over a bunch of bullets that ended up killing him in the end.
The authorities claim the incident took place when the armed robber barged into the eatery and asked everyone that was seated inside to hand over all of their possessions.
But the resident of Houston opted to take matters into his own hand and shot the robber with the licensed weapon he had with him.
The incident took place at the Ranchito Taqueria at about 11:30 pm on a Thursday. The officials at the Houston Police Department mentioned how the robber just started to yell at everyone and told them that it was in their best interest to hand the weapons over or deal with the consequences.
It was just an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty around, but that all changed thanks to one brave man, they went on to mention.
Recent footage of the incident was revealed and it featured disturbing scenes where terrified customers start to hide underneath their tables amid the gunshots being fired.
The robber could be seen dressed in black and marching around with the gun pointing in an outward direction. He grabbed whatever belongings he could see and it was just terrifying, to say the least.
The patron shot the gunman at least four times until he collapsed to the ground. And then when he’s sure that he’s unconscious, he walks over to him and shoots him once more at point-blank range.
