Heartbreaking footage has been released showing several Russian soldiers killing an unarmed civilian, despite him surrendering.
The chilling footage was reportedly taken via a drone and showed the brutal men gunning down the Ukrainian motorist as he stood silently in fear with his hands raised.
The footage also captured the victim’s wife and child watching silently in tragedy as they feared for their own lives.
Sources revealed how the recent clipping was taken by a German-based broadcaster called ZDF that showed a number of vehicles making sharp U-turns, moments after seeing the horror unfold before their eyes.
Soldiers began to climb down from a giant Russian tank that happened to be parked upon the highway’s edge that leads to the heart of the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv.
Meanwhile, as other vehicles began to speed off in another direction, another small car came to a sudden stop in front of another vehicle that was already covered with bullets and reportedly had all of its car doors open, ZDF reported.
As the driver suddenly gets out of the car, he hides behind the vehicle’s backside and his hands can be clearly seen as raised in the footage. Moreover, the civilian even tries to cover his chest, as he feared for the worst, within a few seconds.
The soldiers were heavily armed and wearing white-colored bands that would ID them as being Russian as reported by ZDF.
Suddenly, the armed men run up to the car, and the driver falls to the ground.
The brutal soldiers then pull out the woman and child from inside the vehicle, moments before they drag the dead body of the man to the side of the road, leaving it alone in plain sight.
