Ricky Martin has been accused of physically and psychologically attacking his nephew in bombshell incest allegations.

The 50-year-old Puerto Rican ‘Livin’ La Vida Loca’ hitmaker was slapped with a restraining order earlier this month after an incident involving domestic violence.

The singer’s brother, Eric Martin, now spoke out and claimed that Ricky’s accuser and the alleged victim was his 21-year-old nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez.

As Marca reported, the singer stands accused of “physical and psychological attacks” on his nephew with whom he allegedly had a relationship for several months.

Following the shocking allegations, Martin’s representative spoke out and dismissed the claims saying they were “completely false and fabricated.”

Suggesting that the allegations against his brother were untrue was also Eric Martin who claimed that his brother’s accuser, Sanchez, has mental health issues.

“[I am] very sure that his young relative was not telling the truth,” he allegedly told The Latin Post.

Meanwhile, the singer’s legal team allegedly reached out to Marca to claim that Sanchez was recently confronted by a woman who said the young man “threatened to destroy her life.”

The news comes just two weeks after the police allegedly paid a visit to Martin’s home in Dorado to serve his restraining order.

According to various reports, the authorities were spotted outside the singer’s coastal house on July 1, whereas it was later revealed that Martin’s accuser didn’t contact the police but filed for a restraining order against his uncle directly through the court.
