A 22-year-old woman was recently abused by a wealthy American tourist at a top hotel’s bathroom in Mykonos.
The victim was stated to belong to the United Kingdom and was allegedly r*ped by an influential tourist who belonged to a wealthy and influential family in the US, confirmed to reports from Greek media.
The exact identity of the suspect remains anonymous but it is believed that he hails from New York and is 30 years old, he reportedly committed the horrifying crime while on vacation in Greece recently.
The victim whose identity is also anonymous explained to cops how she had recently met the man during the afternoon hours of Saturday at a party held at one of the bars on the island.
It is believed that she and her group of friends wished to continue with the party so they all reportedly went back to the woman’s hotel room. Moments later, the tourist followed her all the way to her bathroom where he forced himself on her and r*ped her.
But the tourist has called the woman out for the allegations which he deems to be fake. He has also added that the s*xual activity that took place between the two of them was with consent and only then was he allowed to proceed.
The 22-year-old spoke to the Greek Police recently where her statements regarding the incident were noted as follows: “There he forced me to have s*x with him.
I tried my best to push him away and I even tried to explain to him that I didn’t want to but it was all in vain. I told him I just wasn’t in the mood to have s*xual intercourse with him”- she revealed.
The woman continued to reveal how the man persisted for a long time and using his mighty strength he squeezed her and made her immobile. Therefore, a case has now been launched against the alleged suspect after a forensic examination.
