The cops have finally solved the bizarre and tragic mystery of the missing Auburn University student who went missing five decades ago.
The news has left the world stunned as he disappeared during the 1970s and now, hearing about his miracle spotting has so many people in tears.
The breakthrough happened in Georgia where the cops mentioned that they were able to retrieve as well as identify the remains of Kyle Clinkscales.
Grim details surfaced way back in the year 1976 when he left the Moose Club that had a bar where he worked at. He was driving a white colored Ford Pinto. It was believed that he was on his way toward his college which was Auburn University.
But he may have been headed to his university but for whatever reason, he never managed to make it there. And for years and years, nobody knew what the reason was.
In the year 2021, his missing white Pinto was retrieved from a creek that was off County Road 83. The incident arose when the cops got a call from an unknown witness about the vehicle being partially submerged.
After 45 years, his skeletal remains were found inside the vehicle and it was just a heartbreaking affair for many.
And then on Sunday, the county Sheriff’s Office claimed they had solved the majority of the mystery by having the remains identified and confirmed that they were indeed his. So that did solve the part linked to his sudden disappearance.
But at the same time, loved ones still don’t know if his sudden disappearance was really foul play or a personal decision, or an accident. And that is what remains to be the most heartbreaking part of this story.
