A mother has been accused of murdering her 5-year-old son named Logan Mwangi, right after cops stormed her residence as she washed away his blood-stained sheets.
According to local media reports, the young and innocent child was beaten and tortured in the most brutal manner by his own loved ones which included his mother, step-father, and another boy.
Police were on the hunt for the young victim and when they arrived to search for him, they saw his mother Angharad Williamson washing his red-colored blood-stained bedclothes.
Now, the mom has been charged for the horrifying murder crime, along with her partner John Cole, and another 14-year-old male.
The court heard how the young child was found in the most devastating manner like a ‘fly-tipped like rubbish’, right by the River Ogmore. His body was reportedly covered in nearly 56 injuries.
The court also heard about how Williamson had faked distress in her 999 call, which she made to report him as missing to authorities.
Jury members in the courtroom also explained how they were informed by the cops about how the mom began wail and scream at them, as soon as they reached the family’s residence, located in Bridgend in South Wales. This horrifying incident took place last year in the month of July.
The mother’s outstanding acting performance was called out and how she managed to cover up all of her involvement in her child’s muder.
Sources added how the child was last seen alive via Facetime on July 27. He was reportedly dressed in a pair of mismatched nightsuits with brutal injuries covering his entire body.
This included his torso, lega, head, face, and arms as well.
Blood covered his sheets and they were recovered as evidence in the trial. It was also concluded how the evil mom’s partner had dumped the child’s dead body with the assistance of a teenage boy.
