The mangled wreckage including the Mercedes that plowed through a Los Angeles intersection, killing six victims has finally been pictured for the first time since the devastating incident.
According to local media reports, the car was being driven by a drunken 40-year-old woman that plowed through a red traffic signal and killed one pregnant woman, her boyfriend, her unborn child, her baby boy, and three other people.
Sources revealed how the suspect was a nurse working in the ICU division of a hospital in Los Angeles. She is believed to have gotten involved in a brawl with her partner. And after being under the influence of alcohol, just made matters so much worse, resulting in the horrifying tragedy.
The suspect managed to make it out alive but was rushed to a nearby medical facility where she was being treated for her horrifying injuries. Now that she is out of danger and capable of understanding what is going on in her surrounding, she was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
The victim was identified as 37-year-old nurse Nicole L. Linton whose friends revealed more details about her and her abusive relationship with her husband. Little did they know that their ongoing fights and struggles would ultimately result in the death of around six people.
Linton will be going to the courtroom soon where she will be formally charged for the incident by the Los Angeles District Attorney.
Witnesses described the horrifying scenes from the car crash that resulted in vehicles being seen screeching across the street and erupting into a huge fireball explosion.
It was also revealed how one witness tried to save a baby that landed at her feet while she was standing at a gas station and having her fuel tank filled up.
