An ex-Playboy model faces up to 25 years in jail after she murdered her 71-year-old sugar daddy and stuffed his remains in the trunk of a car.

Reports reveal that Dr. Thomas Burchard was killed after he stopped paying Kelsey Turner’s $3,200-a-month rent.

Investigators said that Turner and the psychiatrist were in a relationship and he was paying her rent for more than a year before he told her that he could no longer make the payments, which resulted in an argument.

Turner and her ex-boyfriend allegedly bludgeoned the 71-year-old with a baseball bat and kept his body in the trunk of a Mercedes Benz.

On Wednesday, Turner entered the plea and stipulated facing up to 25 years in jail, according to Law & Crime.

Turner and her ex-boyfriend Jon Logan Kennison previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy and murder.

Kennison was sentenced to up to 45 years in prison for his involvement in the murder.

Kennison confirmed that before the doctor’s death, he had been paying for Turner’s car, bills, and Las Vegas house.

“I think he was just a really good friend,” he said. “He had a good heart.”

But after Burchard stopped paying her rent, Turner, her two children, and her mother were all kicked out of the property.

Judy Earp, Burchard’s partner for 17 years, told Access Hollywood that she had raised concerns with him that the former Playboy model and other young women may have been taking advantage of him.

But she said the doctor told her at that time: “That’s ok, I can afford it.”

Turner had received around $300,000 from Burchard over the years but before his tragic death, he traveled to Las Vegas to tell her that he would no longer pay for her bills.
