Prince Harry is opening up about the troubles and pain of his past while working as a member of the royal family.
The celeb says that he was forced to use drugs to help him forget about the trouble and pain of his past. And no matter what, it’s been a difficult journey.
This is reportedly the first time that we saw Prince Harry open up about the use of psychedelics to help overcome all the pain and trouble of his past.
He says that they turned into a fundamental part of his life and always resorted to them when he felt he needed some air to breathe. These revelations were made by the Duke of Sussex during an online chat with trauma expert Gabor Mate.
The 38-year-old Prince said that taking those drugs really did turn out to be a game-changer for him in his life. They added a sense of comfort and relaxation as well as lightness and relief. And he managed to hold back for a while but in the end, just gave in because he says the struggle was real.
Harry added how the drug added a newfound comfort but at the start, he used it for recreational purposes.
And that’s when one point in time arose when he claims the use of these drugs was inevitable. “I started to do this and before I knew it, I realized that it was turning out to be the key to my problems”- the Duke confirmed.
But that’s not all. The royal similarly confessed he used cocaine but the truth is how it failed to do anything for him. “That was definitely more of a social thing”- he further confessed.
