Tragic and shocking news reports have gone on to speak about the death of a top ABC news producer who died while dining out with his wife.

Sources from local media outlets went on to speak about how the tragedy ensued at a leading eatery in the city, where all of a sudden, things took a turn for the worse.

The couple reportedly left their kids who were just five months and two years old. They were alone at the Yale Club as recently reported by Daily Mail.

37-year-old Dax Tejera and his producer wife happened to be in Manhattan when the disaster struck, sources have confirmed. Paramedics were called on an emergency basis by the restaurant’s staff. But little did anyone know that he would end up dying while on his way to the hospital.

His wife accompanied him inside the ambulance and in the meantime, she recalled how her kids were alone in the hotel room. Hence, she forced her friends to collect them and keep an eye on them.

She witnessed her husband dying before her eyes, and it was just a tragic affair, sources mentioned.

But the hotel staff is believed to have informed the police when they saw how the children were in there alone for nearly two hours.

Therefore, the wife named Veronica was arrested there and then for her behavior which is deemed to be injurious to any child, sources explained. She was not in the right frame of mind to go through so much in one day.

She has since then reportedly admitted that it was a poor decision on her part to leave the kids like this. especially children this young alone.
