Terrifying reports are now coming in from Oslo about a terrorist attack on a gay nightclub, leaving two people dead and many more injured.
According to reports from local media outlets, clubbers became haunted when a terrorist who was described to be of Norweigian and Iranian descent entered the club and opened his bag, after which he took out his weapons and began firing like crazy in all directions.
Thankfully, cops did manage to arrive on time and with the help of fellow LGBTQ clubbers, they were able to pin the suspect down to the ground before causing any more terror and destruction than what had already taken place.
Two people were confirmed dead on the spot while at least 21 people were stated to have suffered from serious injuries due to the rampant gunfire. Ten of those victims are said to be in critical condition.
Sources revealed how one of the women present over there played dead and that is how she managed to escape the devastation that was taking place before her very own eyes on that night.
“The table behind me was sprayed with bullets. I was so scared that I had no other choice but to act like I had been shot”- she cried while describing the horrifying scenes.
The suspect is now under police custody and is said to be 42 years old. He has reportedly been charged by relevant authorities with murder and attempted murder with terrorism.
The authorities revealed that it’s quite clear how the LGBTQ community was being targeted across the country and for that reason, they have planned to cancel all major events after fears of a such a copycat hate crime could occur again as many prepare to celebrate pride month.
