The mystery surrounding the missing case of Nicola Bulley continues as the authorities step up the hunt for the loving mother who vanished several days back.
Now, the authorities claim the mother’s pet dog who was with her could help the cops and detectives solve the mystery of her whereabouts using her scent.
The behavior of Nicola’s dog is characteristic of the fact that he would be the one to sniff his way through the fields and locate her through her scent, the cops have confirmed.
Moreover, that would enable a lot more people to work out what exactly happened to her and how she vanished while going on a stroll and talking to her friend, just minutes before the incident arose.
The dog which happens to be a Springer Spaniel breed named Willow was found bone dry after two days since he and his owner went missing.
The 45-year-old mother of two happened to be walking the pup during the morning hours of January 27 when all of a sudden, she vanished in thin air.
One dog expert believes the key to the mystery lies with her dog because such animals have the ability to sniff their way through and find the last location of their owner, solely by the likes of their sense of smell.
He similarly shed light on how a dog’s sense of smell is nearly 10,000 times more sensitive than that of a human so it’s really a pivotal tool in the regard of an investigation.
“They can smell pivotal locations with some uncanny details. It’s this ability that we can use in our investigation and hence, finally crack the code of the mystery related to what really happened to her “- the authorities have confirmed.
