Actress Drew Barrymore is going public about her priorities in life and intimacy is just not on the list anymore.
The news comes as the actress was seen speaking about her lifestyle and habits and how training the mind can lead you to control your body both mentally and physically.
For her, it’s no big deal to not engage in intimacy for a good six months. She says she’s done it before and if required for a particular project, she’d do it again with ease.
The famous Charlie’s Angel’s celeb made the startling confessions while showing up at an interview for The Drew Barrymore Show.
And in case why you’re wondering why the celeb is discussing her private life and s*xual practices in the first place, well, it has to do with the fact that Andrew Garfield mentioned that he was forced to go celibate for half a year so he could well prepare himself for a role as a priest in the film Silence of 2018.
The star of the hit film Spiderman says that he not only avoided intimacy but also food as a preparation to help him get back on track with his wellness and spiritual journey. And as rigorous of a routine, as it may sound, he managed to do it with ease.
“It all had me doing so many spiritual things on a daily basis. I had to embark on some new rituals and I had to fast a lot. It was certainly very hard in the start but with time, you get the hang of it”- he explained and things worked out from there.
Abstinence seems to have had the most unique effect on the actor and he really came out looking fitter and stronger than ever.
When Barrymore was told about it, she didn’t find the news shocking one bit. She says that s*x is the least of her priorities or concerns and can refrain for six months easily.
