A victim of trafficking who murdered her abuser when she was just 15 will be sentenced tomorrow.
Pieper Lewis was just 15 years old when she took the life of her killer by stabbing him 15 times to death in Iowa.
The 37-year-old suspect named Zachary Brooks had reportedly r*ped Lewis several times at the Des Moines residence, right before she took his life, sources explained.
Lewis who just turned 17 says she was caught in the middle of a terrifying s*x trafficking scheme when she carried on with the act. And at that point in time, her thoughts got all muddled up. Therefore, when her attacker assaulted her again, she had enough and decided to end his life, once and for all.
She bravely picked up the knife and stabbed him several times until he fell down to the ground, lying in his own pool of blood.
At that time, Lewis was described to be homeless and taken in by a 40-year-old man who helped her by setting up a dating profile and even forced her to get intimate with strangers much older than her.
Lewis was arrested in June of 2020 for carrying out the murder. At that time, she was allowed to continue with high school but graduated behind bars, sources have confirmed.
The young teen has since then been living behind bars as a part of juvenile detention and now the high school graduate is preparing for her sentencing tomorrow, which many consider being under the most horrible circumstances.
Lewis will appear in Iowa’s court tomorrow for killing 37-year-old Brooks in 2020 after he allegedly assaulted her several times, right before his death.
