A woman from Tenessee has reportedly been charged with murder after she managed to slip an ounce of meth while visiting her partner for a ‘prison visit kiss’.
The 33-year-old woman was identified as Rachel Dollard who managed to send a packet comprising half an ounce of meth to her prison inmate named Joshua Brown.
The pair appeared to be having an intimate kissing session during the visitation. And that’s when the duo managed to exchange the drugs via the oral route.
But little did the lover know that she was doing him no good, turning out to be the real cause of his death in the end.
Brown died shortly after the visit, at a local hospital because he suffered from a serious overdose due to the incident.
Now, Dollard will be facing charges related to murder, after the kiss that many call fatal for obvious reasons.
Brown happened to be serving a jail sentence comprising 11 years related to drug charges at Tennessee’s Turney Center Industrial Complex Jail.
During the visit, the drugs were contained inside a balloon-shaped pellet that had half an ounce of meth that the suspect had reportedly swallowed whole. But the consequences were severe, ultimately resulting in his instant death.
It is believed the bag of drugs opened up inside his stomach which caused an immediate medical emergency and ended up flooding his entire system in a massive manner. Moreover, it was now revealed how his jail sentence was all due to expire in the year 2029.
Dollard was recently pictured being taken into police custody by a series of special agents from the Dickson County Sheriff’s Department. This was right after an arrest warrant had been issued in her name.
Now, she is charged with second-degree murder over the death of Brown as well as for introducing a banned substance into the area of the penal facility.
