Both male suspects who were recently arrested in connection to 9-year-old Olivia Prat-Korbel’s death have been released on bail.
According to the local media outlet, the innocent victim died while hiding behind her mom as two intruders stormed into her home and began shooting wildly in all directions.
One of the suspects has been recalled back to jail for breaching terms related to his license, sources mentioned.
At the moment, Merseyside Police are still appealing for more clues and information related to the ongoing investigation that took away the life of an innocent and precious little schoolgirl.
“We still require people to come forward so we can make a strong evidential picture and put those guilty of the crime in jail as a part of the justice”- the authorities explained.
But many felt that this justification was just not good enough. According to them, the suspects shouldn’t have been on bail in the first place.
Both suspects were recently arrested after a raid at specific locations in Liverpool, just half a mile away from where the tragic shooting had taken place.
The suspects were arrested in regards to murder and suspicion of murder as Olivia’s mom was also critically injured during the attack. The main target was identified to be a gangster named Joseph Nee.
During the early hours of today, the cops warned today that silence on the matter is not an option and they are very keen on putting the culprits on trial.
Oliva’s family has been demanding justice as they mourn the loss of a loving and beautiful schoolgirl.
Since then, the cops have also realized tragic aerial footage of the shooting where the young girl can be seen being attacked in the Huyton area of Merseyside.
