An evil father has been charged with murdering his young son after he reportedly forced him to run on a treadmill.
Reports from local media reports suggested how the father strongly felt that he was doing his son a favor, adding that his growing weight was a great concern.
He deemed his child fat and therefore forced the young boy to run fast on the treadmill as revealed by one report.
The suspect has been identified as 29-year-old Christopher Gregor who hails from Monroe in Middlesex County in New Jersey.
He was arrested on Wednesday for the shocking crime that took away his son’s life before his eyes, explained the Asbury Park Press recently.
While authorities are yet to release the name of the young victim, there was one obituary that was cited by a particular news outlet that mentioned his name as Cory Micciolo of Englishtown.
On the other hand, a recent report by the Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Officer stated how young Corey passed away due to injuries that arose from blunt force trauma.
The father has been charged for putting his own son’s life in danger and threatening his welfare too. Meanwhile, other reports suggested how the dad was soon released a day or two later.
However, after law enforcement authorities conducted a thorough investigation into the tragic case, they arrested the suspect again on the charges of homicide. For that reason, he is now in their custody.
Gregor brutally abused his son, and this was proved by the shocking CCTV surveillance footage that was obtained from the residence.
In that heartbreaking video, the father starts to taunt his child while intentionally increasing the speed of the treadmill machine. And that led to the child tumbling over on numerous occasions as he failed to keep up with the increasing pace.
