Sources from local media outlets claim the terrifying accident took place in Plymouth, leaving his family devastated and shattered forever.
The heartbroken family is now paying tribute to the adorable and smiling boy who was killed in the most senseless driving act imaginable.
Alfie Tollett was mortally injured in the collision where the driver just brutally rammed his vehicle into him at a high speed.
While the 55-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection to the terrifying killing, sources mentioned that the family is still in shock as to what went on.
They cannot believe that this has happened and are now making arrangements for his funeral. “We are completely numb. He was the most loving, caring, precious, and cheeky individual that you’d ever meet”- they went on to mention.
