A loving mother has reportedly been killed in one of the most devastating shark attack incidents in recent times.

According to local media outlets, the horrifying incident took place on a popular sun-kissed beach in South Africa.

The entire water surrounding the woman was believed to have turned red after the shark mauled her to bits and pieces. But her family had no idea, they continued to paddle around on the weekend getaway.

The victim was identified as 39-year-old Kimon Bisogno who happened to be on a weekend getaway alongside the love of her life and her little 5-year-old daughter named Luna. But did she know that her vacation would end up being an absolute moment of horror for her?

This particular beach where the incident took place is known to be a famous tourist hotspot in South Africa. But the way this victim was mauled by sharks has left so many questions in people’s minds.

For those that might not be aware, great white sharks are considered to be the ocean’s most vile predators.

The mother reportedly went inside the ocean for a small dip and was stated to be only waist-deep at the time. At that moment, the giant creature came in and attacked her brutally through a wave.

The shark was outlined to be a massive 13 feet in size. Moreover, witnesses claim all the water around her became red and that’s why she was easy to locate later.

A desperate call for help went out to the local lifeboat but it was just too dangerous for locals to jump in and help as the creature was still lying around, desperate for another attack.

Today, loved ones are mourning the senseless death of a beautiful woman that they’ve adored while calling for authorities to keep a check on the popular tourist site that was never deemed dangerous in the past.
