A young mother died suddenly and unexpectedly just days after welcoming her second child into her family.
30-year-old Jennifer Krasna from Newtown, Pennsylvania, was a doting mom and an “amazing” wife who died at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in late November, just four days after giving birth to her second son.
As the woman’s partner, Jesse Krasna, explained, the couple shares two sons, Ty and Cade, whom his wife loved beyond measure.
“She loved being a mom. Seeing her smile getting to hold Cade for the first time is something that makes me happy,” he wrote in a Facebook post.
“The bond Jenn and Ty formed over the last 2+ years will never be broken. [There] was so much joy written all over her face when spending time with him.”
The grieving husband went on to reveal how his wife always planned “fun things” she could do with her children and how she would let nothing in her way of being the best mom she could to her firstborn.
“She always said how she wanted to give Ty a brother close in age so they could be best buddies and she made sure to do that before leaving us,” Jesse, who met Jennifer when they were still in high school, added.
“The first thing I noticed is that she lit up each and every room she walked into with her green eyes, blonde hair, beaming smile, and adorable little butt chin.”
Recalling the time he fell head over heels in love with his wife, Jesse said he couldn’t stop staring at her because she was so gorgeous. Soon enough, he also found that she was just as beautiful on the inside as she became his best friend and ultimate teammate.
“Simply put, she wasn’t just a really good girl. She was the perfect girl, and I am going to miss her so much,” the 31-year-old father-of-two concluded.
“The only solace I get is that I know how lucky I am to have been able to love and feel the love from Jenn for the last 13+ years. A love that won’t ever stop. Seeing Ty and Cade grow up will serve as reminders of how perfect she was.”
