A 25-year-old OnlyFans model who killed her boyfriend during an apparent domestic dispute has been arrested.
Courtney Clenney from Florida reportedly stabbed Christian Obumseli, 27, to death in their luxury condominium in Miami on Sunday.
The victim was rushed to a hospital where he tragically died from his serious injuries.
Clenney was transferred to a mental hospital after making suicidal threats while she was in custody, police said.
Investigators are still working to determine if the model, whose neighbor claims was abused by her boyfriend, acted in self-defense.
Police responded to multiple domestic disturbance reports at the couple’s luxury apartment over the last few months.
A neighbor who has a direct view of the couple’s home claims he witnessed Obumseli strike the 25-year-old before the stabbing.
Speaking to WPLG, the unnamed neighbor said: “I could not tell if it was open-handed or closed-handed, but he was swinging at her.”
Three people who identified themselves as close pals of the couple claimed that Clenny was the violent one.
“We’ve seen her hit him. I’ve never seen him hit her. From what we’ve personally experienced between the both of them, we believe that Christian wouldn’t put her in a position where she would need to stab him to protect herself,” Ashley Vaughn said.
Tahki Banks added: “We didn’t think this is how far it would have gone. Even that we really lost Christian only, it feels like we lost Courtney at the same time.”
Josh Ramsey told WTVJ: “He was just really high-energy, bright, intelligent, would bring a smile to anyone.
“These are our two friends we’ve gone on vacation with, we go to dinners with, we go out on the town with them, and it seems like it’s straight out of a crime documentary.”
Clenney was taken to a mental hospital under Florida’s Baker Act, which allows law enforcement, mental health experts, doctors and judges to commit a person to a treatment center for 72 hours if violent or suicidal tendencies are shown.
