Tragic CCTV footage has been revealed showing the final moments before an 87-year-old victim was brutally stabbed.
Thomas O’Halloran was described by many loved ones as someone that was so nice and kind-hearted. He was reportedly killed in a terrifying attack that took place yesterday at Greenford in West London.
Authorities were reportedly called in around 4 pm to a location that was near A40 Western Avenue, while the victim was declared dead on the scene of the crime.
The man was seen playing his accordion right outside the Tesco store but little did anyone know that these would be his final moments in life as he would die soon.
The elderly citizen used to sit outside and try to use his talent to raise money for Ukraine. But while doing his great deed for humanity, he was killed, sources confirmed.
Police have recently released images featuring the man that they are so keen on identifying. They have even referred to it as a matter of great urgency, as the video shows him scrambling and trying his best to make a getaway.
As of now, London’s mayor Sadiq Khan has condemned the brutality of the incident. He called the incident so tragic and utterly disturbing. But the mayor has been facing plenty of criticism and backlash recently as so many people feel the number of incidents in the city has sparked in recent times.
This is recalled to be the 59th murder to have taken place in the city of London this year. It has also been revealed to be the sixth Met homicide probe that has occurred in the past four years, local media reports added.
And that is why there is an outcry for help and stricter action to help keep the law and order situation in the city under control before things further get out of hand.
