Russian missiles were recently seen pounding the Ukrainian cities of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia, spreading fear and terror among civilians located in that region.
According to reports from local media outlets, Russian missiles slammed the cities around the early hours of the morning on Friday.
At least nine people were reported as suffering serious injuries due to the aftermath of the incident. But thankfully, no deaths were reported yet.
It’s clear that the Russian head of state, Vladimir Putin is on a new mission to spread terror as the horrifying attacks comprising long-range missile strikes were a serious attempt to break the will of the civilians to continue with the war against Russian forces.
Many called the actions out as brutal and designed to cause serious destruction that was already taking place at an all-time high.
Heartbreaking images showed schools being torn down to the ground while serious damage was being done to infrastructure in the region.
Kharkiv is outlined to be the country’s second-largest city and it was just heartbreaking to see it undergo so much unnecessary forms of violence that really affected its outlook and beauty.
The massive cruise missiles pounded the area as hundreds of civilians were seen running in all directions, trying to take cover.
At the moment, it’s still not clear what types of infrastructure underwent damage but some major damage did occur to key water and energy facilities in the region.
This was done to freeze Ukrainians and put them in a terrifying situation as they approach the winter season.
Authorities in Ukraine slammed the incident to be beyond atrocious and brutal where the clear aim was nothing less than a full-force attack on innocent civilians including hundreds of women and children.
Anti-aircraft missiles were also seen pounding the city of Zaporizhzhia which managed to destroy many residential buildings and infrastructure in the city.
