Megyn Kelly has lashed out at the Kardashian family and accused them of being a force of evil in a heated rant.
Taking a jab at the KUWTK stars on her podcast, the 51-year-old media personality – who previously worked as a host for Fox News and NBC News – suggested their self-promotion in the shape of “ego, clicks, and likes” is evil.
“Like, the self promotional out of control focus on oneself, ego, clicks, likes – they’re hugely responsible for that in our society,” Kelly said.
“They didn’t do it by themselves, but more than any other, they’ve had a terrible effect in that lane, and I do blame them. I do!”
Doubling down on calling the family a force for evil, the podcast host went on to recall interviewing the Kardashians on the Today show where she first asked them if they were “a force for good or a force for evil.”
“And they gave me their answer, but the more I’ve watched them over the years, the more I think that net, it’s evil,” Kelly added.
Explaining where her apparent hatred for the Kardashian stems from, the 51-year-old continued: “I don’t think this is healthy and that’s what I object to is like their disgusting vanity, which has spread like wildfire in our society.
“The selfie culture is abhorrent to me. I think that’s what I’m responding to as opposed to some titillation from a beautiful woman here and there.”
The shocking allegations come shortly after the former TV host blasted Shakira and Jennifer Lopez for “showing their vags” at the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show.
“I object to like J.Lo and Shakira showing their vag at the Super Bowl. Like I don’t want that. It’s gotta be situation appropriate,” she said in an earlier episode of her podcast.
As it happens, J.Lo and Shakira’s 2020 Super Bowl performance raised plenty of eyebrows with as many as 1,300 complaints being filed at the Federal Communications Commission over the singers’ skimpy outfits.
