Vladimir Putin introduces martial law in the state of occupied Ukraine which has given the Russian dictator powers over civilians.
According to reports from local media outlets, the Russian leader has been provided with sweeping new authority, This news comes just a few moments after officials went about ordering evacuation from the occupied state of Kherson.

If Putin’s army is forced to flee the city, it would be the most embarrassing type of defeat imaginable that has come across the country’s army since the invasion began in February.
