Shocking reports coming in from Ohio confirm a major robbery at a Louis Vuitton flagship store.
Local media outlets shed light upon how a giant group of 8 to 10 thieves was able to make it to the store on Wednesday with the intention of wiping it clean.
And in the end, they managed to do just that as everything present on the shelves was gone in an instant, as revealed by the store’s management.
“They managed to get away with designer label merchandise worth almost $140,000 so easily”- the management confirmed.
The suspects are believed to have entered the store wearing ski masks to cover their real identity as they swarmed the leading brand’s store all at once.
Authorities identified the exact location for the major theft as Kenwood in Ohio, which is said to have taken place on Wednesday.
One 911 caller who immediately reported the incident to the cops says that the robbers entered and began grabbing whatever they could lay their hands on. And when the store’s employees’ backs turned, they were already gone.
Shockingly, one reports claims that the store’s employees had no permission from their management to stop shoplifters and that’s probably one of the major reasons why the robbers could get away with it so easily.
Shocking footage obtained by CCTV shows the group of robbers making a quick run for it at about 3 pm. They can then be seen dropping off their masks at the shopping center’s entrance and then disappearing all of a sudden.
The vehicles used for their safe exit included a grey-toned SUV and a Nissan Sedan.
At the moment, police have not made any arrests as investigations into the alarming incident continue.
