Actor Mark Wahlberg is feeling the heat from critics and fans after the celeb made an appearance at this year’s SAG Awards.
Everything appeared to go on smoothly at this year’s event except for the fact that Mark Wahlberg was chosen to present an award to a predominately Asian cast of the hit ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once”.
The news comes as the leading star from Hollywood was convicted of hate and racist crimes twice and that was directed toward the Asian community.
Therefore, seeing him give out such a major award to a mostly Asian cast was just bizarre to many people. Let’s not forget one of his most violent attacks. This happened to be directed at a man in Vietnam.
The star is believed to have spent a staggering 45-day period in jail, leaving the world stunned at the incident.
But it was not only the star who was bashed but the show’s producers too. People thought it was just not alright to let him present this prestigious award to a different race cast, knowing really well how Mark’s criminal track history was.
Moreover, some people were seen going as far as comparing the incident to the Oscars where actor Will Smith was banned from the entire show but someone like Mark Wahlberg is allowed to present to a minority of the country, knowing how much he hates them, the fan exclaimed.
More shocking reports spoke about how the celeb was seen pelting stones at young black children when he was just 15. He was accompanied by his friends who enjoyed the brutal pastime and even went as far as calling them n***r.
