Shocking reports are coming in from Liverpool where a 67-year-old man was seen assaulting a young child inside a popular fast-food eatery because he and his group of friends were making a mess.
The man is believed to have strangled a 12-year-old child after his wife complained that the group of children was getting out of hand and making a big mess at the restaurant.
On that note, he got up and decided to assault the 12-year-old, leaving other diners in a stage of complete anger, shock, and fear.
The suspect was identified as 67-year-old Robert Wynne who assaulted the child in the Rice Lane branch of the chain during the early part f his year.
The victim is yet to be named because of his young age. But it is believed that he was left with some serious injuries including major amounts of bruising across his neck from the assault that took place.
Seeing his partner get angry because the children started to make a mess with food on their tables really made the man furious but many people feel there were more peaceful ways to handle the matter than this.
The court also heard how his partner started to shout at the kids. And while most of them did leave in the end, the victim stayed back and requested her not to scream.
On that note, Wynne grabbed a hold of the child from his neck and started strangling him, right before he let him go.
The victim says he was extremely frightened of what just went on and he couldn’t breathe when he grabbed his neck, making him feel nervous and threatened that he might die.
