Donald Trump has been accused of lying after the former US President claimed the FBI stole his passports during the recent Mar-a-Lago raid.

According to sources, Trump claimed that the FBI was doing everything in its power to prevent him from leaving the country and that included stealing all three of his passports.

The country’s former commander in chief made the announcement on his Truth Social platform where he said that all three of his passports, including one that was expired, had been confiscated during the raid, alongside other assets that belonged to him.

Donald Trump most likely has a regular blue passport that is given to all US citizens, alongside a red colored one that’s issued to diplomats when carrying out travel for official government reasons, explained local media outlets.

But the country’s Department of Justice says they’re shocked and appalled at the type of accusations that he’s making because they claim it is false.

“The FBI did not steal Donald Trump’s Passport”- they recently mentioned via a statement that lashed out directly at Trump.

Meanwhile, one insider was recently observed speaking to the CBS media agency, adding how the FBI does not have the documents that he’s mentioning. However, they did speak about how things that were seized but aren’t seen on the warrant would surely be returned to Trump soon.

Trump and his supporters have since then slammed the FBI, calling this a clear and unfair strategy used to destroy a political opponent at a level that they feel has never been done so in the past.

Now, Federal Law Enforcement agencies are issuing warnings about how there could possibly be an increase in attacks against FBI personnel as a form of revolt against the raid carried out at Mar-a-Lago. Hence, all authorities have been told to stay on alert.
