The police in the United Kingdom have recently launched a desperate search for a young girl who went missing on New Year’s Eve.
Sources from local media outlets claim the search is on to find her whereabouts after the devastating news broke out, leaving her family in tears.
The missing child was identified as Leila who was last witnessed at her residence in the Foxwood Area of York at around 11 am. This was New Year’s Eve, her parents reportedly revealed.
They felt it was just harrowing to see the child disappear on her own, without any mention of where she was going. And that is what it’s really scary for them at this moment in time.
She was highlighted to be four feet and eleven inches in height. Moreover, she had long auburn hair and even wore eyeglasses having a frame that was multicolored.
Leila was last witnessed wearing the likes of an orange body warmer that was put over a multicolored sweatshirt. These details are being made public by the cops so others can assist in finding her. The urgent search is on as the authorities race against time to find her.
The police in North Yorkshire are searching all the places that could be possible. They are not missing out on anything as they want her returned safely and sound. They are also being vigilant and asking others in the community to do so too.
Officers are going about asking people to assist them in this investigation and also asking those that may have seen her or know anything related to the case to please come forward and share. This is the matter of a young girl’s life, they continued.
