You may have come across a number of shocking tales about landlords and tenants but we bet this one takes the cake.
One woman is expressing her great outrage and fury after her male landlord went as far as scolding her for not wearing a bra.
The woman who chose to remain anonymous shared her story through an online platform where she shed light on how her personal space and privacy were invaded because of the man.
“He ordered me to wear a bra because he said it was not alright to walk the dogs without one. And he even went as far as mentioning how his own lover had the most issue with me walking without a bra and so it was not okay to do so”- the woman revealed.
But the woman says she felt that was going one step too far because her choice of clothing was no one’s business but herself. Therefore, the thought of it all really amazed her, and she hoped he would take a step back before she blew up.
“It was the early hours of the morning and I had not bothered to change from my pj’s.point 195 | Yes, I like to sleep without my bra because that’s how I feel comfortable.point 262 |
But the thought of some stranger in the form of a landlord and his partner judging me and scolding me for something like this really opened my eyes about how personal people can get”- the woman continued.point 174 | 1
While the woman failed to respond back to her landlord, she has really built up plenty of anger on the inside and is hoping she won’t burst soon because she claims she’s had enough of the nonsense.
