Festivals are a period that brings so many people together with their loved ones but this next incident managed to do the exact opposite.
Young kids were seen among the adults who just couldn’t make it past the horrifying critical injuries that they sustained.
As investigations continue into the horrifying incident, the cops have announced recently how at least three of the victims were young children. And that just makes this entire situation so much more heartbreaking.
Panic and chaos struck the area and that just made so many people feel devastated when blood was spread all around and screams were heard.
This particular kite flying festival was taking place in the Indian state of Gujrat. But no one knew that this year too, it would be a disaster.
There are a lot of calls and petitions to ban the entire area and stop such festivals from taking place. And while a lot of people feel the time has come for this to occur, it was horrifying to see the festival continue to take place and foreigners in the area were appalled at how casual everything was.
More detailed investigations proved how the kite flyers had made use of strings through illegal means and that is how they ended up dying.
Other reports went on to mention how the first responders had arrived to provide medical first aid on time and that is why many others were saved by them, experts mentioned.
