The Amber Heard and Johnny Depp trial continued with more drama and explosive claims recently.
According to local media reports, Amber Heard was seen taking the witness stand again and this time around, she began making some more explosive claims, including a reference to how her former husband, Johnny Depp had pushed Kate Moss down the stairs.
This was related to an incident that took place during the couple’s marriage, way back in 2015, where Heard says she did hit her ‘abusive’ husband for the first time but only because she was trying to defend her sister.
“I was so scared that he was going to shove her down the stairs. I saw that look in his eyes and I had immense fear for my sibling during our fight. Hence, to prevent him from doing that, I hit him”- the actress testified while standing on the witness stand.
As far as the reference to Kate Moss is concerned, Amber Heard reportedly dug up the actor’s past from the 1990s, which is when the Depp was dating the supermodel.
This was a sensational claim that we’ve seen the actress make in the recent past, and it now appears she’s trying to make Depp look worse in the eyes of the jury by bringing it up again.
“I punched Johnny Depp for my sister Whitney’s sake. I had to”- the emotional actress continued, in regards to comments being made to a question asked by Depp’s lawyer about her behaving violently towards the star.
Previously, Heard was called out for mentioning the Kate Moss incident in the courtroom too, which many experts claim was another way to put up the victim card. However, she was shot down for doing so as Depp’s lawyers boldly outlined how no such mention had been made in the court’s documents.
