The killer of Ava White will continue to remain anonymous for legal reasons after a recent hearing of the case in court.
According to local media reports, 12-year-old Ava White was stabbed to death in her neck in Liverpool’s city center in November last year.
Her 14-year-old killer was stated to be a male who also hailed from Liverpool but due to his young age, the judge refused to entertain the victim’s family’s plea to have his identity unveiled in public.
The horrifyingly tragic incident is believed to have taken place outside Primark during a Christmas event where lights were supposedly switched on to mark the start of the festive season. But things suddenly took a turn for the worse when Ava was stabbed and fell to the ground.
The suspect who is now believed to be 15 in age was taken into police custody and he immediately refused any wrongdoing, while denying all the claims put forward against him. He stated he had nothing to do with Ava White’s murder but the court found him to be guilty after the trial.
It is believed that his identity continues to be protected due to age reasons and that is the protocol being followed by the judge of the case. Hence, speculations are on the rise that there will be no further orders about the incident being entertained.
The killer used a flick knife to stab the young victim, right outside a clothing store located in Liverpool last year. Only a few details about the suspect have been known so far like how he was a student belonging to grade 8 and also how he was going to a Catholic school.
Later on, during the trial, shocking details came out about how he had a row with the victim over some sort of social media video which featured him filming her and her friends without any consent.
