A source told The Post that there could be more than 18 hours of testimony to come from the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s side.

Judge Penney Azcarate gave each side 61 hours and 15 minutes to have their cases presented. As of Friday, the Aquaman star’s lawyers had 8 hours and 14 minutes left while Depp’s legal team had 18 hours and 30 minutes.

Heard’s lawyers have weighed calling Depp back to the stand, with legal experts said may be a risk not worth taking as he was ‘likable’ when he testified for the first time.

Civil attorney Katherine Lizardo said: “There is a risk that he is going to have more time being likable on the stand when it’s actually Amber Heard’s time to present her case.”

She also said that the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory actor, who always smiled on the stand, seemed to be genuine and had a ‘very unique personality,’ potentially making Depp more appealing to the jury.

Depp’s return will follow testimony from actress Ellen Barkin, who said that the actor was a ‘jealous man’ and often drunk.

She also said that Depp once threw a wine bottle in her direction.

During the trial, Heard described the first time her ex-husband allegedly hit her. She also accused him of breaking her nose.

She also testified that she was left traumatized when he “shoved his fingers” inside her.

Depp has previously claimed that he’s the real victim and that he brought the suit against the Aquaman star to ‘clear my name.’
