Johnny Depp laughed out loud in court after Amber’s legal team asked his bodyguard a question regarding his private parts.
As the actor’s blockbuster defamation trial continues, more and more shocking allegations are emerging and nothing appears to be off the table.
During his Zoom testimony, Depp’s bodyguard Malcolm Connolly was asked about the couple’s 2015 argument in Australia that led to Depp getting the tip of his finger cut off.
As Heard’s legal team insisted, it was Depp who started the fight by starting to urinate all over the foyer of their temporary home. The attorneys also claimed that the actor’s penis was “out” during the duration of the fight.
Cross-examining Depp’s bodyguard, Heard’s attorney then made a rather unexpected move as he asked Connolly if he had seen Depp’s private parts during the incident.
Responding, the bodyguard said: “I think I would remember if I’d seen Mr. Depp’s penis.”
Immediately, the courtroom was filled with laughter and Johnny couldn’t stop himself from chuckling.
The one person who didn’t find Connolly’s response funny, however, was Amber Heard who previously called the 2015 argument “the worst thing I have ever been through.”
During Connolly’s testimony, the security guard also revealed that the couple was all happy and “lovey-dovey” at the beginning of their time together.
Things, however, allegedly went from blissful to horrible after Heard became more “dominant” and “demanding.”
“At the beginning [it was] all lovey-dovey. Everything was great. Honeymoon period was on, and yeah it was good,” Connolly said.
“It was great to see Johnny happy again. Amber was lovely, charming – as she usually is – and good as gold.”
He added: “Amber started to change. Amber started getting a bit more feisty, demanding. I could see that Amber wanted to wear the pants in this relationship. That was pretty obvious.”
