Hero Cop Praised For His ‘Incredible Bravery’ After Tackling Gunman Despite Being UNARMED


One police officer was caught on camera displaying a wonderful act of courage and heroism when he opted to pin down a gunman, despite being unarmed.

According to local media outlets, the shocking footage displayed a gunman being tackled by an unarmed police officer who didn’t think twice while pinning him down.

The officers started to point his Taser towards him, right before a gun appeared to fall down from the culprit’s attire.

Soon, the suspect picks up his weapon and then aims it towards the cop in Camden. Seeing how he was armed and posed a great threat to his security, the officer backs up immediately.

But before you know it, the officer gets great courage to tackle the individual and slams him down towards the pavement, right after he tries to approach him again.

The horrifying incident took place in broad daylight during the rush hour timings in London. Thankfully, he was arrested in time without harming anyone, as confirmed by the Police Department.

While the video was just 15 seconds, the drama was intense to leave plenty of viewers gazing at their screens as many feared the worst for the cop.

The footage then ends abruptly with loud sirens of police patrol vehicles filling the atmosphere in the background as so many people are seen gazing in absolute awe on the streets of London.

A recent statement was released by the Metropolitan Police who claim that detectives following the case strongly believe that the weapon possessed by the suspect was a replica but keeping that aside, the officer’s bravery is more than commendable.
