Tragic reports are speaking about a heartbreaking incident involving a nurse from Massachusettes who reportedly killed her own children.
Now, sources from local media outlets have confirmed how her husband has opted to forgive her for the horrifying deed, leaving plenty in the community stunned at the behaviour.
While the act was commended by some, others were baffled at what was going on. They felt that he did not need to take this drastic step.
Moreover, he was slammed for also behaving in such a manner so that his wife would get a more lenient punishment, although she did deserve a lifetime sentence for the heinous and cruel murders.
But the husband says this was never an easy call for him. Each child was so precious to him. He recalled the tremendous amount of grief he felt when figuring out his own partner had taken their life and hence now, he would never be able to see them again.
The loving father of three was identified as Patrick Clancy who wrote more details about his absolute heartbreak regarding the ordeal.
The husband says that he has really come a long way in terms of making this huge decision and taking such a mighty step of forgiving his wife.
Therefore, he would be grateful if others would do the same so that he could find some closure, despite the huge grief he’s being forced to deal with.
“I want to ask all of you to please come forward and forgive my wife Lindsay as I have done. It has not been easy, it’s a journey that’s full of relentless pain. But I have taken my decision!”- he adds.
In the end, he concluded that the real Lindsay was a kind, loving, and caring human being. Whatever happened is just a tragic and bizarre incident that he feels like he can never get to the bottom of.
