A loving father of three has reportedly died after drawing inside a hot tub while on a family vacation.
According to reports from local media outlets, the father was identified as a Liverpool resident, 56, named Ian Foden.
The victim was reportedly discovered inside the hot tub in a face-down position and it really shocked a lot of people. Furthermore, the incident was reported from the seaside resort of Prestatyn on September 24.
The inquest went on to mention it was the most terrible tragedy that could happen to someone and very unexpected too.
His heartbroken wife says he was with her the whole time and she really could not believe what was happening in front of her eyes.
“He enjoyed a lot of time by the poolside and there were a lot of drinks and whatnot. I just could not believe what was going on at this point in time. How can someone so loving die so suddenly”- she explained.
After spending long hours at the beach, the duo was reported as making time so they could enjoy the hot tub. The victim and his wife opted to relax inside the hot tub for a while.
And when they got in, they simply did not wish to get out. Donna, who is the victim’s wife says she came out and asked her husband to join her.
But he refused and told her that he could not and would much rather spend a little while longer inside. But she regrets that so badly and hoped she did not actually leave him alone.
“Maybe if I didn’t go, I would have saved him”- she concluded in a heartbreaking tone.
