There are plenty of reasons why people get married in this world but we bet you’ve never come across something like this.
Think along the lines of a man getting married because he always wished to be like his lover.
But one trans man says that the sole reason for his marriage is because he always felt like he was a woman and was destined to be one.
The thought of being stuck as a man was just not something too entertaining for him, he continued. Although he and his wife are happily married, he’s going public with the startling news.
57-year-old Cherilyn Hall who hails from Corby in Northamptonshire says feeling like a woman was just this gut feeling. She never felt that she would be accepted in society as a trans individual and that’s why she did stay quiet for so long.
It was a secret that she kept on holding within herself. But as someone that was growing up during the 1970s, she had little to no choice but to accept that as her reality.
While living her life as a life, she needed up meeting her wife of 30 years. She fell in love instantly because she wanted to be her. She adored her to bits. Her sense of style, her looks, her features, and the mere fact that she could live life as a woman.
“This is everything that I always wanted. I wanted to be her, it’s as simple as that!”- she explained.
Life took a shocking turn when her partner Theresa died in 2019 from breast cancer. She was devastated but knew this was destiny. Today, she’s living her life as a trans woman and is raising awareness of her life story so others in a similar situation can have the courage to come forward.
