Three female prison guards have reportedly been accused of having affairs with jail inmates at the country’s largest prison.

Sources from local media outlets also went on to speak about how the guards were blasted when they even admitted to having a special treat on Christmas day.

A total of three female guards were involved in the illicit affairs at the United Kingdom’s biggest prison and are now being kept behind bars.

The mighty prison is known for having top-of-the-line security and surveillance but how these women were able to carry out their affairs until finally being cracked down upon is worrying the authorities.

The prison which is an estimated 250 million pounds outlined is now seeking anti-corruption training to help prevent such indecent acts in the future while the three guards stand trial for their outrageous behavior.

The guards were said to be 26 and 27 years old and claimed to have had the affair going on for a while until they were actually caught red-handed by other officials in the same building.

Some of the prison guards are being accused of smuggling in mobile phones while others were highlighted to have had inappropriate conversations while on duty. And that has really shocked plenty of people.

The inmates were reportedly high profile and serving decade-long sentences. But that did not prevent the women from having affairs with them.

The prison service is now trialing checks on social media for some higher-risk roles where staff could be seen interacting with different inmates including other prisoners.
