The man arrested for attacking the Queen’s coffin as Her Majesty lay in state at Westminster Hall is now breaking his silence for the first time.
According to local media outlets, the man revealed how he wished to see if the Queen was dead or not himself. And that’s why he felt the need to remove the Royal Standard flag draped across her coffin.
He also made more shocking announcements, including how he wished to trespass into Buckingham Palace, adding that he was the most loyal fan of the Royal family.
28-year-old Muhammad Khan says he wished to write to the royal family to check if the Queen was dead. But he also mentioned that if he didn’t hear back from them, he would personally pay a trip to the royal residences and speak to her.
The court has heard that he suffered from great mental issues, including delusions, and thinks King Charles is involved.
Khan was immediately arrested and taken into police custody after he carried out the shocking offense that was captured on live television. Many witnesses expressed their absolute horror and immediately condemned the behavior.
The court heard the suspect boldly confirm that he would continue to trespass the premises of Buckingham Palace for as long as he was alive if he didn’t hear back from the royal family.
Today was the first day of his court appearance, and he said many things that really left many people at the Westminster Magistrates’ Court stunned.
After being arrested, Khan was charged under Section 4A of the Public Order Act. The court also heard how he was immediately detained, arrested, and interrogated on the spot.
