One woman has successfully sued her arrogant boss over a condescending remark he made about her looks.

According to local media reports, a female employee revealed how her boss referred to her as a good girl and fat and she felt that it was absolute harassment.

While many may not have agreed with her stance, she still opted to go ahead and sue her employer.

To many people’s surprise, the verdict for the case is now out and it has gone in her favor.

Yes, the tribunal revealed how referring to any middle-aged woman as a good girl in the office is now termed as s*xual harassment and has a demeaning context too, the judge added.

Now, 39-year-old Frances Fricker says she’s above the moon after proving her case and winning it in the end.

“My boss Giuseppe Ajroldi continued to use the term for me, over and over again. Despite me telling him to stop on numerous occasions, he continued”- she mentioned.

But when Fricker opted to take a stance for herself by reporting to the higher authorities and administration in her organization, she didn’t quite get the response she was looking for.

Instead, they spoke about how it was reciprocal flirting and that made her even more furious.

Meanwhile, her boss is not happy with the decision at all. In fact, he and his team of lawyers will soon be appealing again against the ruling very soon. But until that happens, he will just have to sit and sulk over his condescending behavior.

Fricker will reportedly receive compensation for being called a good girl on several occasions, despite her showing great objection.

“I am an independent woman and I do not deserve to be called in that manner. It was degrading and humiliating”- she adds.
