Tragic reports coming in from Colorado revealed how an 11-year-old loving school girl was crushed to death by her moving school bus.
According to local media outlets, the young girl died after sustaining critical injuries from her moving school bus.
Recently, the Garfield County Coroner’s Office was quick to reveal how the victim named Annaliese Backner tragically passed away during the horrifying Thursday morning incident.
The coroner’s office had been informed of the tragedy and for that reason, they were told to rush to the site of the incident that left her family and loved ones in absolute shock and numb with grief.
“It happened at about 7:30 am in the morning. She was all ready for her school but little did anyone know that her death was moments away”- explained one of the witnesses who happened to be present at the scene.
Sources from the Parachute Police Department have revealed how the young girl tripped and fell down, as she made an attempt to catch her school bus. Moreover, she fell directly under the school bus’s wheels while making an attempt to catch it, right before it left.
Officers from the police department as well as the Grand Valley Fire tried to arrive at the scene as quickly as possible. But it was too late and she was pronounced dead on the spot.
On the other hand, the KKCO recently revealed how the investigation that had begun into the tragedy has confirmed that the incident was indeed an accident, taking into consideration the way the young girl died.
At the moment, the victim’s parents have requested the media to release her photo and identity to the public as they mourn the loss of their beautiful child.
