A young teenage girl has reportedly been mauled by six of her family dogs in southern California.
The horrifying incident took place over the weekend where the young woman was left with horrifying lacerations covering various parts of her life. At the moment, she is in the hospital and battling for her life, confirmed authorities.
The authorities have revealed how the harrowing incident took place over the weekend. And that’s when the girl who happened to be playing and watching her six family dogs actually decided to turn on her.
It left her shocked, helpless, and beyond scared, At the time, she was alone and that just made matters worse but luckily the sounds of her screaming for assistance and freedom from the creators really put those in the vincity on alert.
Paramedics were called in after a neighbor witnessed and heard the attack take place. She says the 911 operator was very helpful and accommodating and that really made sure help was not only on the way but also managed to rescue the victim in time.
“It was very similar to the scenes you’d witness in a horror story. I just don’t know what to say. I am sending prayers and light to this victim and hope she’s alright”- the neighbor went on to add.
The incident reportedly took place during the afternoon hours on Sunday at the Thousand Oaks as confirmed by authorities such as the Ventura Country Fire Department.
They and a team of paramedics were the first responders on the scene of the tragedy. As of right now, investigations are taking place to better determine what led to the ordeal and why the dogs acted against the victim in this vicious manner.
