Terrifying new footage has been aired featuring a stepfather harassing his own stepdaughter.
Sources from local media outlets have gone on to mention that viewers who witnessed the broadcast were fuming and enraged as they couldn’t believe what was being shown in front of them.
The incident is believed to have taken place in South Korea, a country where such criminal offenses are rarely reported but this happens to be a major exception to the norm.
In the footage, the stepdad is seen hugging and then tickling the child in a very bizarre and inappropriate manner. He then touches her in all the wrong places and it’s clear that this is more than just a fatherly affection.
After that, he begins to behave in a very disrespectful manner that is very evident that he is molesting her, despite her trying to get away from him.
She is seen being very uncomfortable in his presence and while the mother requests him to stop, he continues to carry on with the awkward behavior.
The footage is now going viral in the country and the mother who was slammed for sitting there and watching in silence is asked to do more. But she has released a statement and gone about reporting her partner to the authorities for crime abuse.
However, the drama did not end there. The news channel that displayed the broadcast on its television channel, MBC, is being fired by netizens who showcase such inappropriate content on the media.
The fact that a young girl is asking her mom for help because she is so uncomfortable is a clear sign that something is wrong but watching nothing being done during that moment has raised a lot of questions in people’s minds.
For now, many hope for justice as so many acts like this go unnoticed and need to be reported.
