Terrifying reports are being revealed in regards to the death of an innocent 8-year-old girl in Adelaide.
According to local media outlets, the young child passed away after being flung to her death at the Royal Show in Adelaide. The incident is believed to have taken place because of the unmotivated and non-serious attitude of the debt-stricken ride operators who were in charge of taking care of passengers’ safety for the rides.
Instead, these operators opted to ignore all of the safety protocols and carry on with their own sets of rules and regulations, ultimately resulting in the tragic death of this poor little girl.
A new inquest into the horrifying ordeal that took place in 2014 proved how the girl who died could have been alive today if the ride operators were more careful and diligent while performing their duties.
Adelene Long was on a visit with her family to Australia where she went to the Royal Adelaide Show during her trip.
She is believed to have flung from her Airmaxx 360 ride that was present at the show and passed away tragically after sustaining critical injuries.
The inquest that was conducted for the tragedy revealed how the operators in charge had ignored the height requirements that needed to be fulfilled for the safety of the ride. And the fact that the victim was way below that requirement should have sent out an alarm to them to prevent her from taking part.
Instead, they gave her the green signal and that is what led to her death in the end.
The child not only slipped through her seat but also landed flat on the ground headfirst, right in front of her mom and other witnesses.
She is believed to have passed away from a series of injuries incurred from the accident.
