BREAKING: Five Students Are Killed In Horror Crash While On Their Way Home From College


Five students were killed in a horrific car crash while on their way home from college.

Maggie Franco, Ava Luplow, Salomon Correa, and sisters Andrea and Susana Prime were traveling home from Jackson Hole Bible College in Wyoming when a wrong-way driver caused an accident resulting in the deaths of all five students.

According to the reports, the incident took place at 6.52 am on Sunday, whereas a Dodge Ram driver heading east on westbound Interstate 80 lanes was responsible for causing the mass crash as it collided with a commercial truck and a passenger car.

The initial collision resulted in another truck swerving to the side of the road and colliding with the students’ car while attempting to avoid the wreckage.

While the five students were all killed in the crash, several other victims from other vehicles were hospitalized for severe injuries.

The driver of the Ram heading the wrong way has since been arrested.

Following the tragic news, tributes to the five college students have begun pouring in from members of their Sylvan Hills community.

“It feels like my heart is broken. They all had such bubbly personalities, could get along, always laughing with each other,” Lydia VanderVate, a fellow Faith Bible Fellowship member and a friend of the deceased students, expressed.

Ruth and Betsy Peters, owners of the Humble Crumb bakery where Ava and Susana worked, said they found solace in the Bible verses Ava and Susana shared on social media prior to their passing.

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us,” Ava and Susana posted.

Speaking of the posts, Betsy said: “I just couldn’t believe it because that’s what’s happening… God is being glorified through them and that’s what they wanted.”

Paying a tribute to the students was also a fellow Sylvan Hills High School alumnus, Quint Scruggs, who spoke to KATV.

“I didn’t believe it until I got all over social media and that’s all I saw. I told everybody, ‘There’s no way, I don’t believe it,’” he said.
