A mighty explosion has rocked the only bridge connecting Russia to Crimea, leaving three people dead.

According to reports from local media outlets, the huge fiery explosion is said to have damaged a key route used to transfer war supplies between both nations as the Russian invasion of Ukraine was seen escalating in the past two days.

Russia’s law enforcement agencies have identified Samir Yusupov as the alleged owner of the truck that investigators claim exploded across the Crimean Bridge. Now, it’s still a mystery to determine who exactly was behind the wheel of the truck when the mega explosion took place.

The alleged attack would now put Russia at risk because it cuts out supplies as Ukraine makes so many more advances in the South near the city of Kherson.

Meanwhile, one giant section of the bridge was severely impacted and even ended up collapsing into the sea. At the same time, there are reports of nearly seven oil tankers located on a train catching fire due to the intensity of the blast.

Now, huge fuel lines are forming inside Crimea as many fear for the worst. But Russia claims that Crimea does have enough supplies that may last for at least two more weeks.
