A 33-year-old father has reportedly gone on to physically assault a 90-year-old disabled woman in a German hospital bathroom.

According to local media outlets, the woman was wheelchair-bound and waiting to get her x-ray done for an injury. But little did she know that her life was not safe inside a hospital.

The horrifying incident reportedly took place at the Dresden-Friedrichstadt hospital, right after the woman suffered from a fall.

The woman was identified as a disabled widower named Lili F. by the German court. Meanwhile, the 33-year-old man was identified to be Iraqi in origin.

On the other hand, prosecutors of the case went on to explain how the widower entered the toilet and was reportedly pushed inside the restroom by Munthar Al L. It was a frantic situation for the disabled woman who couldn’t understand what was going on.

After entering inside, she stated that the suspect began to behave in a bizarre manner and started to rub his hands between her legs and then went about touching her chest.

The accused was soon charged for the heinous crime against the elderly citizen including the charges relating to ‘r*pe with wilful bodily harm.’

Many were appalled to find out how the ignorant suspect was a young father who had a 9-year-old daughter of his own but he reportedly denies the charges that have been slammed against his name, continuously speaking about how innocent he is.

“He severely abused her in a s*xual manner. It was an intense moment for her, she was helpless,” the prosecutors went on to confirm.

Instead of admitting to the crime, the father claims that he was just trying to assist the elderly woman to the restroom as he felt she was disabled and would have trouble inside.
